LMS stands for “Lower Main Suite” and refers to the 2 lower-level language exams offered by Cambridge.
These are (i) Cambridge Preliminary (PET) corresponding to CEFR level B1, (ii) Cambridge KEY (KET) corresponding to CEFR level A2.
These certificates will prove language capabilities as follows:
- PET certificate holders are seen as “having a moderate command of the English Language”.
- KET certificate holders are considered “to have communication skills sufficient for basic interaction in English”.

- Speaking
